We’re a quarter way into 2017 and things outside are changing including the seasonal produce around. Make the most of broccoli, carrots and potatoes. Put some bananas and kiwi fruits in your lunchbox and of course get set for the Alphonso mango wherever you are in the world.
 
I’d just eat it neat. However, if you want to do a bit of culinary conjuring in the kitchen here are some ideas for you to try out. There’s a crunchy potato salad, a regional rice dish and a dates shake to try, but only once in a while.
