Hello,

 

During the months of July, August and September foods should be as light as possible and should make the most of what is in season. Potatoes, spring onions, chillies and strawberries are plentiful.


Try the Crunchy Indian Potato Salad which is great as a lunch dish on its own or the Vegetarian Sausage Rolls which can be made a day in advance or my current favourite the Coriander Fish and Chips
