Salad Dressing with Beer

This is an unusual dressing which adds a bitter note to the flavour of the salad. If you feel that it's quite strong, add more honey.

Serves 4
 
Ingredients:

2 tsp beer
Pinch of salt
Generous pinch of crushed black pepper
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tsp olive oil
A drizzling of honey
1 tsp cream
   
Method:  

Place all ingredients in a jar or a sealed container.
Shake well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly or until the cream breaks down. Then spoon over the salad just before serving.
