Karahi Chicken

Karahi Chicken is yummy! Make your own karahi curry sauce or use Manju's delicious homemade recipe.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp sunflower or rapeseed oil
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 2cm pieces
1 portion of Homemade karahi curry sauce
Coriander leaves for garnish

   
Method:  

Heat the oil in a wok or heavy-based pan and tip in the chicken. Fry on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes till the chicken is golden brown on the outside. Add the karahi curry sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with the coriander leaves. Serve with parathas or plain Basmati rice.
